Shipping info

The scarves and scrunchies ship worldwide with tracking information.

I prepare and ship all orders myself. I will prepare all orders received during the week and ship them all on Fridays. With that being said, I will do my best to ship orders as soon as possible if my schedule allows it. Any order made on Friday before 9:00 AM (Lisbon time) will ship that same Friday.

The digital books don’t need shipping, you will receive an email with a download link after finalizing your order.

How long does the shipping take?

Estimated shipping times provided by the courier are as follow:

• USA & Canada: 5-7 business days.

• Spain & Portugal: 2-3 business days.

• Rest of Europe: 3 - 5 business days.

• Rest of the world: 5 - 10 business days.

Please note that the shipping times mentioned above are estimations provided by the shipping company, we cannot control and are not responsible for any delays from the courier.

What happens if an item is sold out?

All my collections are limited editions. I source small batches of very special fabrics to create them, and only create a handful of them. Once an item is sold out it will never come back in stock.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you make a mistake introducing your shipping address we will gladly correct it as soon as you let us know. Please note that if your order has already shipped we will not be able to change the address, so make sure to pay special attention to it, and if you make a mistake email us as soon as possible.

Are returns accepted?

• Digital books: Please note that due to the nature of this digital product all sales are final.

• Physical products: All sales are final. No returns are available due to hygiene, health and personal care, nature of the products.
